About the project

We are looking for a Lead Analyst with a strong product-oriented mindset. Our client is seeking someone who places deep customer understanding at the heart of their work — this is the core of the role.

Your responsibilities

• Work as part of the Product Analytics team and in close collaboration with the Product Pod, acting as the lead analyst responsible for driving product improvements through data, analytics, and insights
• Lead experimentation and A/B testing efforts, including analysis of test results using the client’s in-house tools
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through funnel analysis, feature usage analysis, and cohort analysis
• Provide actionable insights that support product changes, whether through A/B testing or new feature releases
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical views that help the team understand product performance, customer behavior, and commercial impact

Our requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant analytical role (e.g., Product Analyst, Data Scientist – Product focus, CRO Specialist, Digital Analyst, or Experimentation Analyst)
• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical discipline such as mathematics, economics, engineering, statistics, or computer science
• Strong proficiency in SQL, A/B testing, and experimentation methods, as well as tools like Tableau, Looker, and Excel
• Ability to lead analytics discussions and effectively drive data-informed change
• Hands-on experience in Product Analytics or a similar role, with a solid understanding of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, funne,l and feature analysis
• Passion for understanding customer behavior and improving their experience through segmentation and cohort analysis
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Design, and other teams within a product-oriented environment
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required

• Experience working with Confluence macros, templates, and automation features
• Ability to simplify and optimize complex cross-functional workflows
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and AI-driven documentation or knowledge management tools
• Confidence in engaging with stakeholders and supporting change management initiatives
