What you can expect Digital file management enables and promotes the digital transformation of the city administration - it is one of the central components of our digitalization strategy.

We are expanding our eFile Competence Center in this area and are looking for committed individuals who want to help us shape the history of digital file management at LHM: You will actively shape the continuous professional development of the city-wide eFile. It is important that you think outside the box and develop innovative ideas.

You will thoroughly analyze technical requirements in order to assess their feasibility as well as economic and legal aspects. You will also research the functionalities in the standard product and evaluate their usefulness for the specialist departments. Your expertise flows not only into technical concepts and application scenarios, but above all into the technical management of the specialist analysts and advising digitization experts.
