We are looking for a Fullstack Developer with a strong frontend focus to join a team working on AI-powered solutions for a company in the biopharmaceutical industry. The team is building an AI agent platform designed to help internal R&D scientists generate scientific insights from both public sources and proprietary client data.

5+ years of relevant professional experience in software developmentStrong proficiency in TypeScript with ReactSolid backend development skills with PythonSolid experience working with SQL databasesComfortable working in Unix/Linux environmentsHands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWSSome experience working with LLM applications, such as LangChain, Pydantic-AI, etc.Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and MCP serversA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical fieldFluent English communication skills, both written and verbal – you’re able to work effectively in an international team, contribute to discussions, and write clear documentation or feedbackLocated in PolandBy joining us, you gain the following:
