Day-to-day responsibilities:
  • Resolving issues, tickets, changes, in the Virtual Workplace infrastructure
  • Participating in operational meetings for ongoing problems
  • Daily checks of the environmental health and maintaining the environment state
  • Calls with client / colleagues from support teams to bring changes into the configuration
  • Bringing automation for the repetitive tasks

Signs of success To be successful on the role, you'll have good interpersonal and customer handling skills. You will be able to create technical documentation and convert business requirements into a technical proposal.

Good level of English is required.

Essential skills:
  • 2+ years of proven ability with Active Directory management, preferably in a large scale environment;
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows Server (2012, 2016 or 2019)
  • Ability to create/manage Domain Services and Federation Services concepts and configuration including: disaster recovery scenarios, managing security groups, delegation, OU structure, object types, and attributes;

Skills we believe are nice to have:
  • Demonstrable experience with Microsoft technology including ADDS (knowledge of ADFS, Azure AD, CA, PKI is a plus)
  • Experience in Active Directory upgrades and migration projects
  • Microsoft certification (MCSA/MCSE Windows Server)
