What you'll do:

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join us and partner with our client . You'll be the primary owner of the relationship with the hiring managers, acting as first point of contact, providing advice, reviewing applications, screening interviews and supporting with offer management.

The role's focus is to support the hiring managers based in Denmark, with filling their vacancies as quickly and efficiently as possible whilst ensuring all quality thresholds and KPIs are met. This is a full end to end Recruiter role, where you will manage delivery from initial briefing with the stakeholders all the way through to candidate start.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the recruitment service is delivered, in line with contractual obligations and client service levels
  • Be accountable for delivering to target start dates
  • Responsible for the full recruitment process from vacancy briefing, sourcing, and management of candidate through the process to start date
  • Building and maintaining hiring manager relationships and be responsible for client satisfaction within your own business area
  • Provide timely and quality feedback on the long / short lists supplied by the team, ensuring any necessary changes are made before submission to the hiring manager
  • Ensure all AMS and client systems are updated in a correct and timely manner
  • Compliant with legislation affecting area of work (e.g. age discrimination)


Position Requirements

What we need from you:
  • Fluency in English and a strong communicator
  • It is essential you have previous experience within the pharma / life science sector
  • We are looking for someone who is passionate about candidate and client experience
  • With a consultative approach, you can demonstrate where you have been a trusted adviser to your client, with the desire to be involved in shaping the recruitment strategy and adding value to your stakeholders
