Digital Marketing Specialist

- Execute the company digital marketing strategy for marketing nurturing programs across customer segments and channels;
- Collaborate with marketing and sales colleagues through proactive digital initiatives;
- Coordinate within marketing team the digital marketing activities, such us: SEO and SEM, web development and emailing campaigns;
- Cooperate with digital agencies to drive SEM campaigns;
- Create and coordinate local lead generation programs or adapt global ones;
- Proactively look for the areas to share growth hacks and best practices across the organization;
- Give support for the business to transform the digital sales model;
What you know
- + 3 years' in digital marketing in B2B market;
- Proven experience in running digital campaigns;
- Usage of the digital marketing tools, e.g. such as Google Ads, SEO too, emailing tools (knowledge of Marketing Automation Systems as a plus);
- Native Polish;
- B2/C1 level of written and spoken English;
- Willingness to focus on customers;
- Understanding transactional business and channel management;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Demonstrated social skills, able to build relationship with internal business stakeholders and animate internal network;
- Willing to learn and develop in the area of digital marketing;
- Project management skills
- Interest in technical products and solutions is a plus;
- Experience with managing CMS is a plus;
